セルビア・“浮上”プロジェクト 【イスプリヴァイ〜ISPLIVAJ SRBIJO!】
2014年5月、バルカン半島に３日間で３ヶ月分の雨が降り、川沿いの多くの町が浸水、家や畑は無惨にも使えなくなりました。
さて、問題は「これから」。セルビアの被災地一帯は、国内食糧需要を賄う農産地で、セルビアは来年から深刻な食糧不足になると予想されています。まったく住めないようになってしまった家。農機具や家畜をすべて失ってしまった農家。排水が溢れ出て、汚泥に覆われて耕作できない畑—。被害に遭った人々に「何か欲しいものは…？」と聞くと、「すべて」という答えが返ってきます。
それでも彼らは、立ち上がって、歩き出さなくてはなりません。
「イスプリヴァイ（浮き上がって来い！）」プロジェクトは、セルビア人リーダーの指導のもと、セルビア人自身が、セルビアの資源を使ってこの問題を乗り越えて行けるよう日本からサポートする試みです。 一人でも多くの方に、経過を見て頂きたいと思っています。
※Isplivati (イスプリヴァティ) とは、水などに沈んでいるものが水上へ「浮かび上がる」、「現れ出る」、「物事が明らかになる」、転じて「問題から脱出する」（比喩的）という意味のセルビア語です。
Hello! We are a group of Serbian living in the KANSAI area with family members and lots of local friends.
We started a project called "Isplivaj Srbijo!" (it's an Serbian expression, meaning "Swim up / Get out (of the flooding problem), Serbia!). The project is aimed to help local people in the damaged area(s) solve problems in concrete and sustainable ways which they do not always have at hand. In doing so, we believe that Serbian people would be able to use the technic again and again, or to devise a better way.
